Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor for Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing career and academic advising, conducting student counselling sessions, and supporting students in their educational journey. Daily tasks include one-on-one student interactions, developing career plans, assisting with course selection, and addressing academic and personal challenges faced by students.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills
• An educational background in Education or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in an academic or counseling environment
