Role Overview
You are the first voice a potential EVOLVE by D Square buyer hears. When leads come in through digital campaigns, WhatsApp, referrals, or the CP network, you
respond fast, qualify intelligently, and convert them into site visits. You own the CRM and ensure the pipeline is always up to date, clean, and actioned. Speed and discipline are your two superpowers.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle all inbound leads across channels WhatsApp, phone, landing page forms, Instagram DMs with response time under 15 minutes.
· Qualify leads and understand buyer intent investment vs lifestyle, budget range, preferred plot size and facing.
· Schedule and confirm site visits; coordinate with the site coordinator for visit logistics and timing.
· Maintain and update CRM daily every lead, every follow-up, every status change must be logged accurately.
· Execute structured follow-up sequences for leads at every stage new, visited, negotiating, and cold.
· Send project collateral, brochures, and payment information to prospects promptly via WhatsApp.
· Coordinate with the end buyer when CP-referred leads require direct support from the office team.
· Prepare weekly lead MIS source-wise, stage-wise, and conversion rates for leadership review every Monday.
What You Must Have
· Excellent communication warm, professional, and persuasive on the phone and over WhatsApp.
· Prior experience in real estate tele-calling or high-ticket inside sales strongly preferred.
· Familiarity with CRM tools even basic ones like Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, or similar.
· Disciplined and process-oriented you do not let leads go cold without a documented follow up.
· Fluent in Telugu and Hindi; basic English communication is a plus.
· Comfortable with weekend availability during peak site visit days (Saturdays and Sundays).
· Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously without losing track of any.
