This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Counsellor based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The role involves engaging with potential customers to understand their financial needs, providing expert consultation, and guiding them through the loan application process. Daily tasks include addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing leads effectively, and liaising with lending partners to present the best loan options. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service are key aspects of the role.

• Sales expertise, including negotiation and persuasive skills, to convert leads and close deals effectively.
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage multiple leads and applications simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with proactive time management and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in financial services, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
