Job Description

Job Title: Executive – Inside Sales

Department: Assisted Buying

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli West)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-site

Interview Mode: Virtual

Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 rotational off

Reporting To: Assistant Manager – Assisted Buying

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join the Assisted Buying Team. This role focuses on engaging high-intent customers who have interacted with the platform but have not completed their purchase.

The position involves both outbound and inbound communication, aiming to identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers who have:
  • Added items to cart but not completed the purchase
  • Browsed products without transacting
  • Registered but not made a purchase
  • Received cashback or promotional credits
  • Connected via calls, chat, WhatsApp, or website enquiries
  • Make timely outbound calls to re-engage and convert leads
  • Handle inbound enquiries across call, chat, WhatsApp, and website channels
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Address objections and guide customers toward completing purchases
  • Direct customers to the nearest physical store when required
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to act on qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and revenue targets
  • Provide feedback on customer behavior and journey gaps

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead Conversion Rate
  • Daily and Weekly Call Volume
  • Revenue Generated per Executive

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • (Internship )0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Engagement (eCommerce or retail preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site sales environment
