Position : Sales Coordinator

Location: Ashram Road (Ahmedabad)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator responsible for handling sales order processing, invoice preparation, PO management, E-Way Bill generation, and coordination of material dispatch. The role involves close coordination with sales, accounts and vendors to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare GST invoices, Proforma invoices, and Sales Orders
• Generate E-Way Bills and manage dispatch documentation
• Coordinate material dispatch with couriers and transporters
• Maintain sales, invoice, and dispatch records
• Handle customer and internal coordination for order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3-5 years experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations Billing / Dispatch
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bill process
• Working knowledge of MS Excel & ERP
