Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The Inside Sales Coordinator will handle tasks such as managing customer inquiries, guiding potential clients through product and service offerings, and processing orders. The role involves engaging with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts to achieve organizational goals. You will play a critical role in fostering strong customer relationships while driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Order Processing to efficiently manage customer transactions and meet targets.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and resolve client inquiries.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and inquiries.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and reliability.
