We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing leads, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads and customer inquiries
Coordinate with field sales executives and account managers for meetings and closures
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation
Track order status and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution

Requirements
- The candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or a sales support role.
- The role requires comfort in handling customer communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups while coordinating closely with field sales and internal teams.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction and internal coordination.
- The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and sales documentation is required for maintaining accurate sales records.
