Job Profile
We are looking for a Inside Sales Consultants to start immediately. Ideal candidate should have very good English communication and written skills. Should have a Bachelors degree with top grade. Should be a proactive type of person who is ready to learn. This is for USA shift.
Job Description
- Attend to inbound and outbound customer calls and converts them into sales.
- Do regular followups using emails, calls, and sms. Will go thru rigorous training about the product.
- Cold call old leads, educate them on the services we provide.
- Update all the leads information on the CRM. Meet Daily, Weekly, and monthly targets.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn New tools and grow their career
- Ready to work in USA shift.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Inside sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent English communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet target.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly), preferably from Education industry background.
- Experience in selling SAAS (Software products/Services) in the past preferred.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail.
- Must be open to learning New techniques, tools, and strategies related to Sales.
Location: Domlur, Bangalore
Work hours: USA Shift
CTC: Salary is not a concern for the right candidate Plus attractive Incentives.
