Inside Sales Specialist (Non-US Markets)

The Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the engine for top-of-funnel growth, generating an consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities by strategically targeting Fortune 1000 and Global organizations. You will drive cutting-edge, well-researched outreach campaigns and collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD) team to move opportunities along the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Management
- Targeting & Outreach: Lead multi-channel initiativesincluding expert LinkedIn outreach, strategic outbound cold calling, and highly targeted email campaignsto penetrate key accounts in the Global Markets.
- Lead Qualification: Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through rigorous market analysis and initial contact to ensure a consistent flow of high-value opportunities.
- Opportunity Handoff: Collaborate closely with the BD team, ensuring qualified leads and opportunities are seamlessly transitioned and supported for further development.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal status using CRM software.
Strategy & Product Expertise
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions specific to the target regions.
- Service Offerings: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tiger Analytics comprehensive service offerings, effectively articulating technical features and business value to prospective clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed demanding Inside Sales targets and quarterly goals set by the organization.
Professional Experience & Traits
Required Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in prospecting and generating leads within the Europe, ANZ, or ASEAN markets.
- Proven ability to cold call and execute targeted email campaigns to generate high- quality leads from large, complex organizations.
- Exceptional skills in LinkedIn Prospecting (connection building, relationship nurturing via messaging, and appointment setting).
- Demonstrated proficiency with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, or similar platforms for identifying key stakeholders and gathering market intelligence.
Desired Skills & Education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly.
- High proficiency in creating high-impact decks and presentations.
- Exposure to responding to RFIs/RFPs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor & degree in Business or a related field (Post Graduate degree is preferred).
