Our Global Career Consultants (Immigration Sales Team) are the bridge between ambition and opportunity. They help individuals and families navigate migration and overseas education pathways to destinations such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA and Germany.

The team doesn't just provide information, they also provide clarity, confidence and direction. They help clients see possibilities and chart their path to becoming Global Indians.

Your Role: Inside Sales Consultant (Global Career Consultant)

You will be the trusted advisor and the first touchpoint for individuals seeking to study, work, or settle abroad. You'll counsel clients, help them understand global pathways, and guide them toward informed decisions.

Through phone, email, and in-person interactions, you will play a key role in transforming uncertainty into confidence.

You won't be just selling a service

You'll be shaping someone's future.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective clients on overseas education and immigration opportunities.
• Offer personalized, well informed guidance based on each client's goals.
• Stay updated with immigration policies, visa regulations, and global trends.
• Design tailored strategies to match client aspirations.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences while meeting engagement and conversion goals.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients through consultative guidance.

What We're Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in sales, counselling, customer service, or any client facing role. (Sales background is not mandatory. Potential matters more than experience)

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Goal oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Soft Skills Required

• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
• Problem solving ability with a customer first approach
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
