Job Description

What will you do at Fynd

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to create interest in our products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead follow-up and closure.

Some specific Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in cold calling or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.
  • Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
