Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct virtual demos and presentations to showcase product value and address customer needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to drive conversions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT/SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with B2B sales, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to handle objections and drive deals to closure.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
