Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential leads through various channels.
  • Use tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing.
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on business requirements.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM/tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.
  • Participate in inside sales and business development activities.
  • Engage with clients and support follow-ups until the closure stage.
  • Assist in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales team during client discussions and deal progression.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Lead Generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience in cold calling and client outreach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work toward targets and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle (lead generation to closure).
  • Exposure to client interaction and follow-up processes.
  • Willingness to support inside sales and closure activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Exposure to inside sales / business development (BD).
  • Experience supporting or participating in closures is a plus.
