Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through various channels.
- Use tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.
- Participate in inside sales and business development activities.
- Engage with clients and support follow-ups until the closure stage.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales team during client discussions and deal progression.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Lead Generation.
- Strong knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in cold calling and client outreach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work toward targets and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle (lead generation to closure).
- Exposure to client interaction and follow-up processes.
- Willingness to support inside sales and closure activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales or business development roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Exposure to inside sales / business development (BD).
