Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales

The executive will be responsible for converting leads into paid users of OptionX. This role involves

engaging with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and live demos, to effectively communicate the value of our platform and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets through the sale of subscription-based financial products to clients over phone calls.
  • Generate leads and initiate/manage communication with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and live demos.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor your communication to address their specific requirements.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure they have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge to better serve our customers.
  • Stay updated on stock market trends and product knowledge to provide the best service to clients.

Skills Required

  • Talkative and extroverted personality.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with option trading, trading platforms, or financial markets is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Innovative thinking to help achieve sales targets.
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have experience with CRM tools, e.g., Zoho CRM, Fresh Sales & Leads Square.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream.
  • 6 months to 3 years experience in inside sales.
