Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager Inside Sales (B2B)

Regions You Will Support (Inside Sales Shifts)

Based on business allocation, you will work for one of the following regions:

  • SEA:7:30 AM 4:30 PM
  • Work Schedule:Monday to Friday + last Saturday of every month

Role Overview

You will manage theend-to-end B2B Inside Sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, catering to corporate clients with hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify organizations with active hiring requirements
  • Connect with decision-makers (HR Managers, CHROs, CEOs, Founders)
  • Understand hiring challenges and pitch relevant foundit solutions
  • Conduct product demos highlighting platform features and benefits
  • Handle objections, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Own monthly revenue targets and manage the sales pipeline
  • Track market trends, competition, and hiring patterns

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • 110 yearsof B2B Inside Sales / Corporate Sales experience
  • Experience inHR Tech, SaaS, IT Sales, Consulting, BFSI, Media, or DotCompreferred
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle

Functional & Soft Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong email drafting and presentation abilities
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders (CHROs, CEOs, CFOs, Founders)
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Relationship-building and customer-centric mindset
  • Target-driven and ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital platforms
