Inside Sales Associate - USA

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate based in Vadodara. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, generating and following up on leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Other day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating with the transportation team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
