Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Bengaluru, India. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents in selecting the most suitable courses, assisting with enrollment processes, and providing insights into academic growth opportunities. The role involves active communication with customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions, as well as collaboration with internal teams to enhance client experiences. The counsellor will also identify potential customers needs and provide personalized solutions to ensure a positive impact on their learning journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with students and parents effectively.
  • Consultation and advisory expertise, with an understanding of student needs and personalized guidance techniques.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems, data management, and maintaining student records.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and align with organizational goals.
  • Proven track record in sales, client relationships, or student counselling is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to empathize with students and their challenges in navigating educational decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
