Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate with experience in the SaaS industry or Nutrition-tech products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the closure of deals through remote sales channels.
Key Responsibilities-
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs to propose suitable SaaS solutions
- Coordinate product demo availability and schedule sessions with the sales team
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve lead conversion
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Inside Sales / Business Development / SaaS Sales profile
- Mandatory (Experience): Must have 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales with atleast 6 months+ in B2B SaaS sales
- Mandatory (Sales Exposure): Must have hands-on experience in lead generation via outbound calling and email outreach, lead qualification, demo coordination and pipeline management
- Mandatory (Communication): Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly to customers
- Mandatory (CRM Tools): Must have worked on CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, or similar platforms
- Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS companies. Candidates with prior experience in B2B Services will also be considered if they have recent and substantial B2B SAAS experience
- Mandatory (Note 1) : Salary inclusive of performance based incentives
- Mandatory (Note 2) : Make sure the relevant sales metrics are clearly mentioned in resume (Numbers should be evident)
- Mandatory (Note 3): Must be comfortable with a 6-day (3 days in office) hybrid work model. Mon-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm and Saturdays 8:30-1:00 pm
- Preferred (Domain): Nutrition-tech, Food-tech, Health-tech, or compliance-related products is a plus
- Preferred (Education): Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
