Role Description

This is an internship, on-site Academic Counselor role based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will play a key role in guiding students and their families by providing tailored support for academic and career growth. Responsibilities include conducting student assessments, offering academic and career counseling, planning personalized learning pathways, and serving as a bridge between students, parents, and educators. The role requires enthusiastic engagement to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication skills and an ability to build rapport with students and families
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and understanding of educational pathways
• Familiarity with current trends in Education and skill-building programs
• Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to provide effective guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for helping students succeed academically and personally
