Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to drive membership sales for luxury hotels. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, excellent communication, and a passion for sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research leads using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for better engagement and conversion.
  • Identify and target the right audience through an omnichannel approach.
  • Convert leads by delivering compelling presentations about the hotel membership program.
  • Build and manage a sales funnel through strong relationship management and referrals.
  • Enroll prospects using a soft, honest, and courteous approach.
  • Ensure excellent client relationship management with timely follow-ups and customer service.
  • Handle escalations promptly and professionally.

Required Skills:

  • Smart, spontaneous, and a quick decision-maker with strong negotiation skills.
  • Passion for sales and the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of luxury sales experience (preferred).
  • Social media savvy.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and a local language.
