Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for dynamic and confident Interview CGE / BDA professionals who can engage with prospective students and their parents to assess interest, clarify queries, and drive enrollment decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting one-on-one interviews (virtual or in-person), understanding student requirements, addressing objections, and guiding them toward enrollment. Candidates should be able to connect effectively in the students/parent's native language, evaluate engagement from prior webinars or demos, and provide accurate insights to the sales or admissions team.

.What Will You Be Doing

  • Conduct interviews & taking calls with students to gauge their understanding of previous webinars
  • .Identify interested and qualified leads for program enrollment
  • .Provide personalized guidance and career counseling to potential learners
  • .Maintain a professional, empathetic, and engaging interaction with each student
  • .Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and follow-ups
  • .Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback

.What We're Looking Fo

  • r01 years of experience in EdTech(preferred) / B2C Inside Sales / Counselling-led sales (Freshers with strong communication & sales interest can apply)
  • .Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal abilities, and confidence in interacting with learners
  • .A structured approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and achieving targets
  • .Highly motivated, hardworking individuals with a learner-first mindset
  • .Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping learners achieve their career goals
