Role Description :

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Inside Sales Executive to support the growth of our cybersecurity consulting and managed security services business. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect qualification, appointment setting, and nurturing opportunities across industries including BFSI, FinTech, Healthcare, SaaS, Manufacturing, and Government.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Prospecting

•     Identify and research potential customers through LinkedIn, databases, industry events, and digital campaigns.

•     Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities.

•     Generate qualified leads for cybersecurity services and solutions.

•     Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Engagement

•     Understand customer security challenges and business requirements.

•     Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations for the sales team.

•     Follow up with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.

•     Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into opportunities.

Sales Support

•     Assist in proposal submissions and RFP responses.

•     Coordinate with technical consultants and delivery teams.

•     Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

•     Prepare weekly sales pipeline and activity reports.

Market Intelligence

•     Track industry trends, cybersecurity regulations, and competitor offerings.

•     Identify opportunities in sectors such as Banking, FinTech, Healthcare, Telecom, and Technology.

Qualifications:

•     1–3 years of Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development experience.

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•     Strong cold-calling and email outreach capabilities.

•     Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

•     Ability to engage CXOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Compliance Teams.

  •  Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
