GrowSkill IT is hiring Sales Interns to join our B2C Sales team in Bengaluru.

Role: Sales Intern

Location: Hoodi, Whitefield, Bangalore – Work From Office

Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with working professionals and career aspirants through calls

* Understand learner requirements and suggest suitable training programs

* Explain course benefits, career opportunities, pricing, and offers

* Follow up with leads and support course enrollments

* Update CRM activities and work towards monthly sales targets

Salary & Career Growth

* 17,500 Fixed Salary

* Uncapped Incentives – Up to 2 Lakhs/month

* After 6 months, salary will be revised based on performance/company terms

* Opportunity for full-time conversion after the internship

* Full-time salary can go up to 35,000 take-home, based on performance/company terms
