Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located at our offices in Noida. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include managing accounts and building strong relationships to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, with the ability to engage and convert leads into customers
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a smooth sales process and positive experiences
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify new opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
