Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Guwahati. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and current customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions through Infinity Learn's educational offerings. Key responsibilities include lead generation, following up with potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling account management tasks for a seamless user experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills and experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Account Management and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the Edtech sector or a related industry is an added advantage
