Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective employers and understand their hiring requirements.
- Consult clients on suitable recruitment solutions offered by Internshala.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales discussions with decision-makers.
- Drive end-to-end sales conversations from lead qualification to closure.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities during initial client interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment challenges, and competitor offerings.
