This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Inside Sales Associate | Fresher | Intern. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, handling customer service inquiries, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a point of contact for prospective clients, work on strategies to convert leads into clients, and maintain professional relationships while contributing to business growth.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction and a passion for delivering excellent results
• Experience or interest in Account Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with the education sector and School ERP systems is a plus
