Inside Sales Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate based in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer outreach, understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong professional relationships. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Problem-solving mindset, goal-oriented attitude, and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the education/skill development sector and sales-specific CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
