Job Summary - We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead
Generation Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business
leads, and assisting the sales team in expanding the company's
customer base. This role requires excellent communication skills,
research abilities, and a strong understanding of sales, Microsoft
solutions, and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Research: Identify potential clients and target markets using various tools, databases, and social media platforms.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and other marketing channels.
- Targeting Decision-Makers: Reach out to key stakeholders and members of the buying committee who have the authority to make purchase decisions.
- Solution Expertise: Understand Microsoft solutions and other cloud services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on lead generation activities, results, and trends.
- Market Insights: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Good understanding of Microsoft solutions (M365, Azure, Dynamics, etc.) and other cloud services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
- Ability to identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the company's industry and products/services is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable to work in night shift
