Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned schools as per the execution schedule

• Coordinate with Principals, Teachers, School Coordinators and other school authorities

• Coordinate with the Online Execution Team for smooth exam execution

• Conduct the SCORE Olympiad as per the planned schedule

• Distribute question papers and OMR answer sheets

• Guide students on correctly filling OMR details

• Monitor the examination and resolve operational issues

• Verify and collect OMR sheets after the examination

• Ensure timely packing and courier dispatch of OMR sheets

• Maintain accurate daily execution and participation reports

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools

• Ensure maximum student participation and smooth execution

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong coordination and execution skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable with daily travel to assigned schools

• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can apply
