Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for converting digital leads and build

a strong pipeline for conversion.

  • candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales

team

  • candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long-term sales strategy with the

digital team

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Develop a thorough understanding of KredX's product, customer categories and competitors
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound. Use CRM & Cloud telephony to reach out

to the relevant leads for closure

  • Reachout to inbound leads in a timely fashion and pitch relevant product
  • Responsible for cross collaboration with different teams for funnel optimisation
  • Target based role
  • Handle a team of 8-10 inside sales executive
  • Prior Experience in roles like Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Support
  • Keen on building a long-term career in B2B Inside Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think on the feet and handle sales objections.
  • Diligent in using CRMs
  • Responsible for lead conversion and account management
