Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is preferred
