Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales and Estimation Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The selected candidate will support the sales team by preparing accurate and competitive quotations, collaborating with the engineering team for technical requirements, and managing communication with clients. Responsibilities include analyzing client specifications, providing technical and commercial support, contributing to goal-setting for sales, and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Inside Sales and Sales, with experience in client communication and relationship management
• Skilled in preparing Quotations and Sales Engineering to meet customer requirements effectively
• Experience with providing Technical Support for industrial automation systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and clients
• Knowledge of industrial automation processes, including VFDs, PLCs, and SCADA systems, is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the industrial automation sector is highly advantageous
