Purpose of the Role
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for engaging inbound leads, qualifying customer requirements, and driving site visits for premium managed co-living spaces. The role focuses on disciplined lead follow-ups, accurate CRM usage, and close coordination with the sales team to convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings. This position carries conversion-linked incentives and directly contributes to monthly revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads assigned through the CRM and guide them through our co-living offering.
- Understand customer needs, qualify interest, and suggest the right property and room options.
- Schedule site visits at customer-preferred time slots and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers before and after site visits to support decision-making.
- Update all customer interactions clearly in the CRM to maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the sales team to help convert interested leads into bookings.
Desired Candidate Profile
a. Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is an added advantage.
b. Desired Work Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer engagement roles.
- Exposure to inbound lead handling and conversion-oriented environments is preferred.
c. Necessary Knowledge
- Understanding of structured sales processes and lead qualification.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with handling customer objections and follow-up cycles.
d. Desired Industry & Sectors
- Real Estate, EdTech, BFSI, or high-volume inside sales environments with lead-driven models may also be considered.
e. Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with targets and conversion-linked incentives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
