Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct product demos and explain HealthTech SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with product, implementation, and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and closures within defined timelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with healthcare technology trends, the ABDM/NHCX ecosystem, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, or healthcare product sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Good understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based products.
- Ability to conduct virtual product presentations and demos confidently.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
