Position:Inside Sales & Support Associate

Location:Saki Naka, Mumbai

Requirement:Full-time (Mon Sat), 9.00 AM to 5.30PM

Start:Immediate

This role is responsible for strengthening our sales system by ensuring:

  • Lead qualification and response discipline
  • Quotation coordination and follow-up tracking
  • CRM data accuracy
  • Installed base management
  • Repeat business continuity

This is a structured, process-driven role focused on coordination, follow-ups, and data discipline, not field sales. Sales Engineers will continue to own final revenue and field relationships. This role supports and strengthens that system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management & Qualification
  2. Capture and log all incoming leads
  3. Conduct first-level qualification calls
  4. Classify leads and assign to appropriate Sales Engineer
  5. Maintain clean pipeline tracking
  6. Quotation Coordination & Follow-Up
  7. Prepare and share quotations
  8. Maintain structured follow-up schedule
  9. Track quote-to-order progress
  10. Ensure no enquiry goes unattended
  11. CRM Management & Data Accuracy
  12. Maintain accurate CRM records
  13. Verify, standardize and upload legacy customer records into CRM
  14. Prepare weekly pipeline and follow-up reports for review.
  15. Installed Base & Repeat Business Continuity
  16. Maintain database of customers and installed machines
  17. Segment customers (high / medium / low activity)
  18. Conduct periodic outreach to existing customers
  19. Update machine status and usage patterns
  20. Track last purchase date of consumables and flag inactive customers
  21. Support continuity of consumables business through structured follow-ups.
  22. Marketing Support
  23. Support marketing-generated leads
  24. Maintain customer databases
  25. Assist in campaign follow-up
  26. Support exhibition and event lead tracking

What this role is NOT:

  1. Not a field sales role
  2. Not responsible for revenue closing ownership
  3. Not responsible for final commercial negotiation

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. BE / BTech / BBA / BCom / BMS, or a related degree
  2. 1-3 years in B2B sales coordination / inside sales / industrial back-office sales. Freshers may be considered if they demonstrate strong communication skills and structured thinking ability.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Comfortable speaking with industrial customers
  5. High follow-up discipline and ability to persist politely
  6. Organised and process-oriented
  7. Exceptional communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  8. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
