We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales AMC to join our team in India. This role is responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.
