Job Description

The Inside Sales Advisor is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers through various communication channels. This role requires a proactive approach to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales leads.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-10 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
