Inside Sales/ Program Manager (4-8.5 LPA fixed CTC)
- 3+ yrs experience in sales of upskilling courses/ Admission counselling is mandatory.
- Experience with Key Account management - Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, counsellors, and institutional stakeholders maximize retention and revenue generation.
- Consistent career track record and minimal job transitions.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to manage pipelines, track interactions, and forecast sales.
- Targetdriven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Motivated by goals and excited to celebrate achievements with the team.
- Comfortable working from Mon- Sat (2nd Saturdays Off)
Admission Counselor (3-6 LPA fixed CTC)
- 2+ years experience as an Online course counsellor or Admission counselor for UG, PG Executive programs/ Ed-tech Sales.
- Strong knowledge of online degree programs (UGC/AICTE-approved or international preferred)
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Consistent career track record and minimal job transitions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to manage pipelines, track interactions, and forecast sales.
- Targetdriven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Comfortable working from Mon- Sat (2nd Saturdays Off)
