Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Account Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires identifying client needs, understanding their educational and professional goals, and delivering tailored solutions that align with Miles Education's offerings. The individual will also work closely with internal teams to meet or exceed sales goals and provide outstanding customer service to drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, with the ability to work effectively in a results-driven and target-oriented environment
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
  • Experience in Relationship Building and Account Management to develop and maintain long-term client engagements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to address client needs and close sales
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Prior experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
