Job Summary
As an Inside Sales - Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective doctors and Medical professionals understanding their educationalneeds, and recommending appropriate courses or programs. This is a consultative sales role requiring excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of academic products, and the ability to close leads over phone or virtual meetings.
Roles and responsibilities
- Understand and explain the features, benefits, and structure of various academic coursesoffered by the company.
- Conduct counseling sessions with students and/or parents via phone or video call to understandtheir learning goals and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Regularly follow up with interest leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve course offerings and sales strategy.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless customerexperience.
Mandatory Requirements
- Any graduate
- 02 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or academic counselling.
- An excellent communicator with strong counselling and selling skills.
- Have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
- Comfortable originating and developing marketing strategies and creative concepts.
- Is committed to his/her professional development and demonstrates a growth mindset.
- Takes a customer-orientated approach.
