Innovation Consultant

Responsibilities Include

Design and develop Workday Extend applications that embed Snowflake-

powered insights directly into the Workday UI

Build and demo integrations between Workday and Snowflake, leveraging

Python, SQL, and Workday Extend APIs

Collaborate with innovation leads and solution architects to understand

technical requirements and deliver iterative prototypes

Participate in Avaap's internal Snowflake Boot Camp training to accelerate

ramp-up and align with standards

Support ongoing innovation sprints and PoCs (proof of concepts)

Desired Experience and Skills

Experience with Workday Extend (certification highly preferred)

Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL-based data modeling

Proficiency in Python and/or Java/Javascript

Strong understanding of Workday's object model and integration points

Demonstrated ability to build demos or proof-of-concept applications

Snowflake certification or project experience, preferred

Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, preferred

Exposure to Workday Reporting, Prism, or People Analytics, preferred

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be willing to work Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the

ability to communicate effectively

• Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
