. Operation of Injection Moulding Machines (Higher tonnage machines above 2000 tons)
. Basic knowledge of plastic materials such as PP, LDPE, Nylon.
. Moulded part inspection.
. Production planning for Injection Moulding location.
. Monitoring of OEE & breakdown analysis, including root cause analysis for all downtimes in the Injection Moulding shop.
. Defect analysis & troubleshooting.
. Cycle time optimization.
. Knowledge of inspection of painted plastic parts.
. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and MS PowerPoint.
