Job Responsibilities
- Repair and installation activities.
- Preventive / Breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Analyzing the nature of breakdown maintenance for re-establishing frequency of preventive maintenance
- Analysis of daily OEE trend and taking corrective/preventive action
- Follow ISO, IATF, and OHSAS as applicable
- Facing Audits and timely closure of Internal Audit non-conformities and External non-conformities.
- Ensure safety is followed throughout all departments
- Implementation of cost improvement ideas.
Desired Profile of Candidate
- The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a maintenance engineer in the injection moulding industry.
- Candidates must be able to work independently.
- The candidate must have immense experience in the maintenance of Injection moulding machines, ancillary equipment, and other plant equipment.
- The candidate must be willing to work at Navi Mumbai/ Aurangabad (Ch. Sambhajinagar) and Hyderabad.
- The candidate must be willing to travel to all plants and sister concerns across India for Maintenance and any supporting activities.
- Candidate must have experience maintaining Engel, Toshiba, Ferromatk Milakron and BOY injection moulding machines.
- Should be able to read Mechanical/Hydraulic and Electrical drawings.
Education
BE Electrical/Electronics
Diploma/Degree in Machine Maintenance
