Job Description

TRIOS THE BEST is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating injection moulding machines, monitoring production processes, and maintaining product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines efficiently
• Set up machines as per production requirements
• Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime
• Inspect finished products for quality and specifications
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Record daily production data and machine performance
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma / Any Relevant Technical Qualification
• CIPET Diploma holders will have an added advantage
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Injection Moulding Machine Operation
• Experience in plastic manufacturing or related industries preferred

Required Skills

• Knowledge of injection moulding processes
• Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues
• Understanding of quality control procedures
• Good observation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Work Mode: In Person
