Role Description The Injection Molding Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to produce reusable food containers according to production specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include setting up machines, adjusting process parameters, loading materials, and overseeing production cycles to ensure consistent output. The operator conducts routine inspections of finished products, identifies defects, and collaborates with the quality control team to maintain product standards. Additional responsibilities include performing basic preventive maintenance, keeping work areas clean and organized, and accurately documenting production data.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and Injection Molding, including setting up, running, and adjusting molding equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and product inspection to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Candidates should possess skills in handling Injections and managing molding processes safely and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to perform routine checks and minor repairs on machinery.
• Basic technical or vocational training in plastics, manufacturing, or mechanical trades is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Prior experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts and collaborate with cross-functional production and quality teams.
