The Injection Molding Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur. The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating injection molding machines, ensuring production runs meet quality standards, and conducting routine maintenance to prevent downtime. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues, inspecting finished products for defects, and adhering to safety protocols.

• Expertise in Machine Operation, especially related to injection molding processes
• Knowledge of Injection Molding techniques and experience in handling injection molding machines
• Quality Control skills, including the inspection and assurance of product standards
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure machine efficiency and longevity
• Basic troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or related field is a plus
