Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Injection Molding Operator role based in Jaipur. The Injection Molding Operator will set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines to produce plastic containers according to specifications. Daily tasks include adjusting machine parameters, loading materials, overseeing the molding process, and performing basic troubleshooting to ensure stable production. The role involves conducting visual and dimensional checks on finished products, documenting production data, and collaborating with the quality team to maintain product standards. The operator will also perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance, follow safety protocols, and support continuous improvement in production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Injection Molding.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and inspection of molded parts.
• Candidates should possess skills in handling Injections and managing molding cycles safely.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Relevant experience in plastic manufacturing or packaging operations is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of production documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle manual tasks safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in injection molding or related field is an advantage.
