Injection Molding Machine Maintenance/Engineer & Sr. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Injection Molding Machine Maintenance:
• Ensure smooth functioning of injection molding machines, auxiliaries, and automation equipment.
• Perform breakdown maintenance and conduct root cause analysis of machine failures.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per schedule.
• Monitor hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems for abnormalities.
• Calibrate and maintain temperature controllers, heaters, sensors, and PLC systems.
• Support productivity improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.
• General Maintenance & Operations:
• Maintain safety standards and implement 5S practices in workshop and machine areas.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and machine history records.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and molds.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and servicing requirements.
• Train and guide technicians and operators on machine handling and maintenance best practices.
