Position : InHouse Executive – Front End
Experience : 5-6 years

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to all inbound enquiries from platforms like IndiaMART
Generate leads through social media, online platforms, and direct outreach
Communicate with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain and update lead database and CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams (technical/sales/service) for smooth execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in B2B lead handling and conversion
Hands-on experience with IndiaMART or similar lead platforms
Good communication and presentation skills (English + regional languages preferred)
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media lead generation
Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently
Basic understanding of industrial or technical products
Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial machinery / manufacturing sector
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Experience in quotation preparation and negotiation
